Arlo Parks shares Unknown Mortal Orchestra remix of Too Good
BRIT Award-winning artist Arlo Parks shares Unknown Mortal Orchestra's remix of Too Good, one of the singles from her critically acclaimed debut album Collapsed In Sunbeams. The song, originally featuring production from Paul Epworth (Adele, Florence Welch, Jorja Smith), is a shining example of Arlo’s prized poetry and tender delivery. Unknown Mortal Orchestra's remix adds a subtle and delicate twist to the original track. Listen here!
Of the remix, Arlo says: "I’ve been moved by Unknown Mortal Orchestra’s sonic palette and gorgeous approach to simplicity for years now. It’s an honour to have them remix Too Good and bring such a sweet sense of intimacy to the song."
Alongside the remix, Arlo is also announcing additional North American tour dates, following her own sold-out headline run, supporting Clairo starting in February of 2022. Full tour routing is listed below.
Last week, Collapsed In Sunbeams was shortlisted for the Hyundai Mercury Prize celebrating the year’s best British album, with the winner announced on September 9th. The nomination continues an impressive run for the record, which reached the top 3 of the UK Album Charts and has been one of 2021's most talked about records worldwide. It was also nominated for Album Of The Year at the BRITS, with Parks winning Best New Artist at the ceremony in May. Additionally, Arlo leads the nominations at the AIM Awards 2021, which sees her represented across four categories. Parks was also nominated for Breakthrough International Act at the recent BET Awards in L.A.
